Let's Get Smokin'! Ribfest is all about smokin' and serving up the best in Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, and Pulled Pork. This family frienly event also features a Kids Fun Zone, Mini Donuts, Lemonade, Live Music all weekend long, Best Rack Competition, Ribber Olympics, Craft Beer Garden and more.

RIBFEST TERMS AND LINGO
What is a Ribber?
Ribbers is the term used to describe the BBQ Pit Masters & Professionals from across North America.
What is a Rig?
They are the 35t long and 25ft wide slow cookers that feature 30ft high award winning awe. This is the heart of Ribfest where we don't tease with BBQ, we feed you.
What is a Pit?
Is it the term used to describe when Ribbers load up their slow cookers which could weigh in at up to 500lbs. That's a lot of meat.
What does "Low and Slow" mean?
This is the only way to cook and eat BBQ. Low temperature so the juices, heat and goodness gets all wrapped up in side your Ribs, Chicken and Pulled Pork.
